Enjoy the spectacular coastline and a drop of the local wine as you travel the picturesque Garden Route to cosmopolitan Cape Town.Joburg & Jane GoodallOur adventure starts with a city tour of Johannesburg, before travelling along the Panorama Route, with its scenic waterfalls and spectacular views to Graskop. No tour of Africa would be complete without a visit to our next destination, the sensational Kruger National Park. This is Africa’s largest game reserve and a great place to see the ‘Big 5’ in their natural habitat. We also spend time at the Jane Goodall Chimpanzee Sanctuary before spending a night in traditional beehive huts!Safari & Wetlands adventureWe continue to Swaziland, where we visit the Hluhluwe Game Reserve including a wild cat rehabilitation centre, then explore the stunning iSimangaliso Wetlands Park teaming with wildlife. Next we visit the beautiful coastal city of Durban before heading to Sibuya Game Reserve where we enjoy game drives and explore one of Africa's greatest bird sanctuaries. Our touring continues along the famed Garden Route, one of the most beautiful routes in South Africa. Here we visit the famous Cango Caves, with their huge labyrinth of tunnels created from amazing limestone formations and enjoy a meerkat adventure!The picturesque Western CapeDepending on your season of travel, we either visit Stellenbosch or Hermanus. In the summer season, we visit Stellenbosch. Famed for its scenic beauty, it’s a great place for wine tasting. In the winter, we visit Hermanus – one of the best land-based whale-watching destinations. Our touring ends in Cape Town, where we take a Cape Peninsula tour, visit the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, enjoy a cable car ride up Table Mountain and visit the famous Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned.
